Plating Standard We strictly control the thickness of plating layers: Cu ≥ 15μm, Ni ≥ 10μm, Cr ≥ 0.15μm. Products pass neutral 240-hour or acidic 48-hour salt spray tests. Custom salt spray testing in excess of 480 hours is available. We never use return material directly for die-casting production.
